The fulfillment flat rate charges are per order per shipping method.
The charge for a signature service is an additional charge to the above rates. If a customer requests Direct Signature Required or Adult Signature Required or the order contains product requiring Direct or Adult Signature Required, the corresponding signature charge listed below will be added to the freight charge:
FedEx/UPS Direct Signature Required – $5.00
FedEx/UPS Adult Signature Required – $5.00
USPS Signature Confirmation – $4.15
USPS Adult Signature – $9.35
If the fulfillment order is shipped in multiple cartons, only one adult signature charge of $5.00, or $9.35 if USPS, will be charged.
Tasers and air guns shipping (to a modified address for a non-fulfillment dealer) are required to ship with the Adult Signature Required service.
Fulfillment is not offered for shipments to Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.
